I look, I’ve been looking a while,
But they’re not talking to me.
Too loud, too flash, far too full of guile;
Won’t someone speak plain English?
I don’t know what they mean;
It’s a jumble of words,
For all I know they could be curses, or verse,
And I don’t have the key.
But I look anyway, cause I need one, they say.
Though, really, I don’t know the words.
And they don’t understand me
